• Any fraudulent or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of access.

CarAxis acts as an intermediary in sourcing automotive parts. While we strive for 100% accuracy through VIN matching, quotations provided are subject to availability and market price fluctuations.

• Quotes are valid for a period of 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
• VIN verification is mandatory for accuracy guarantees.
• Part availability is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of the request. Secure payments are processed via our authorized payment gateways.

• Full payment is required prior to part dispatch.
• Taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly included.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to manufacturer updates.

CarAxis provides global shipping through authorized logistics partners (DHL, Aramex, UPS). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

• Title of goods passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
• Insurance covers the declared value during transit.
• Risk of delay due to customs or local delivery issues remains with the courier.

All content on the CarAxis platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of CarAxis or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
• CarAxis names and logos are trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

In no event shall CarAxis, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

• We are not liable for installation errors or mechanical failures after delivery.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific part in question.
• Force Majeure events relieve us of performance obligations.
